Founded in 2005, Sportable creates opportunities and transforms the lives of individuals with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and those requiring physical accommodations through sport, recreation, health, and wellness.As Central Virginia's premier adaptive sports club, Sportable provides sport and wellness opportunities to more than 400 athletes annually through a variety of competitive and recreational adaptive sports programs.Our athletes range in age, come from diverse backgrounds, and possess varying abilities.By fostering a fun, inclusive, competitive, and accessible environment, we transform the lives of our athletes and free them to see beyond their disability, enhance their peer relationships, and help them reach their personal finish line.
