Limited Capacity seats available
This session explores how stress affects the body and mind, and how teachers can support nervous system regulation for themselves and their students. Educators will learn simple, accessible techniques like breathwork, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and iRest© meditation to address anxiety, sleep issues, and physical tension. The practices are chair-friendly, inclusive, and require no special equipment. Teachers will also experience how co-regulation shapes a positive classroom climate. Designed for busy educators, these tools can be used in just minutes throughout the day—without disrupting instruction.
